Provide legal protection for migrants and find durable solutions to: 1- Their problems or helping them to return voluntarily to their homes or be settled in other countries through access to residency or asylum.

2- Helping other categories of Iraqis immigrants inside Iraq by providing specialized services such as emergency food aid, medical assistance, community services, and educational facilities

3- Publication of books, monographs and periodicals competent that address the issue of Iraqis migrants and refugees.

4- The establishment of primary and middle schools and junior high schools where they will teach the curriculum in accordance to the curriculum of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Iraq

5- Maintaining social relations between Iraqis abroad in order to raise the spirit of citizenship and the promotion of belonging to the homeland.

6- Holding conferences and symposia and meetings inside or outside Iraq to discuss issues relating to the issue of migrants and refugees Iraqis.
