The organization's records as follows :
A. Members Record :
includes the names of the organization's members and its branches and their addresses, nationality and age and profession and the history of affiliation.
B. decisions Record :
Recording the decisions and resolutions of the Board of Trustees of the Assembly before being signed by the Council.
C. Ledger :
Recording the income and expenditure, and must be certified by the Financial Secretary.
D. funds Record :
Codifies all of the organization's funds.
E. assets Record :
Codifies the Organization's fixed assets.
F. The correspondence :
Records all the incoming and outgoing correspondence.
G- visitors and lecturers Record:
codifies each visitor to the centers, headquarters or branches of the organization and the affiliation and
entry time and the reason for entry, excluding : owners or members of the Board of Trustees,.
