The organization composed of two bodies: A. Public body B. Board of Trustees A: The general Assembly of the Organization consists as follows: 1- A founding member of the organization who has the right to vote and stand as a candidate for membership in the Board of Trustees. 2- Associate member of the organization who has the right to attend meetings of the Assembly and to be elected. 3- Honorary member of the organization, and he will be elected by the absolute majority of the people as a recognition of his role in supporting the organization. 4- Volunteer Members in the organization that do not have the right of election or nomination, and are entitled to attend meetings of the Assembly after the approval of the Board of Trustees. B: Board of Trustees: . (1- The board of trustees includes constituent body (paragraph (a) 2- In the event of the death of one member of the Organization Board of Trustees, he shall be replaced by the first reserve member. Article X method –the Membership: A. A member could be a founding member after 3 years of affiliation, and being nominated by two members of the Board of Trustees. B. The right to nominate a member of the founder members of the Board of Trustees shall be after two years from the acquisition of this status. Article XI -meetings of the Assembly: 1- The Assembly held its regular annual meeting in January of each year at the invitation of the Board of Trustees, and may call upon necessity. 2- The quorum for the meeting is the presence of a majority of members (50th% of the total body plus one person), and the meeting shall be postponed for two hours in the case of any absence. After the two hours, the quorum will be considered complete whatever the number of attendees. 3- The Assembly shall Considers during the annual meeting; the work of the organization, its finances for the previous year along with the discussion and approval of guesstimates budget for the coming year 4- Members are entitled to access to records of the organization and make decisions on the proposals submitted by members. 5- The General Board shall hold a routine meeting every four years to elect members for the Board of Trustees for the next three years. |
