The organization consists of the following departments :

1. Administrative Dep. :

 Includes personnel, stores and all matters relating to the work of the organization and its services, and a vice president for administrative affairs supervising them.

2. Finance Dep. :

 It will be responsible for all financial matters, in terms of budget preparation, drainage and the deposit. Supervised by The Financial Secretary.

3. Planning Dep. :

 It holds the responsibility of developing plans, programs and projects, and following up the implementation. Supervised by the Vice President of the Board of Trustees for operations .

4. Relations Dep. :

Holds the responsibility of coordination and activate relations with the official and unofficial departments within Iraq and abroad.

5.The Board of Trustees is entitled to develop any Service or any part to achieve the purposes and objectives of the organization.

6.The Board of Trustees must prepare special centers, branches, departments and sections of the established organization to identify the mode of operation and management.
